Prices

Each individual apartment has its own price list. Please refer to the table related to the apartment you are interested in. You can calculate also the total price for the stay in online booking if you enter the date of arrival and the date departure. Minimum stay is two nights. In Winter we offer only a week-long stays. 

 Some apartments advertise on this web only, for the price please call directly their operators.

basic Price includes

• one indoor parking in the indoor parking
• change of bed linen, towels and dishcloth once in a week
• babies up to the age of three sleeping in the baby bed are free of charge
• normal consumption of water and electric energy
• wi-fi network if established in the apartment

Extra charges

• The fixed charge for the final cleaning is based on the size of the apartment (500 CZK - 700 CZK)
• Each extra person in the apartment +150 CZK/night

Returnable deposit

We collect a returnable deposit of 2500 CZK/100 EUR during check-in. 

Payment conditions

1. A booking fee is 50% of the price of the accommodation by the bank transfer. Due date is 7 days after booking confirmation.
2. The rest of the price is to pay during check-in in cash.

Booking requests received later than 7 days before the beginning of the stay we handle individually.

Cancellation fees

• 15 days prior the beginning of stay ...................................................none
• in the period of the 14^th to the 2^nd day prior the beginning of stay.............50% of the price of the accommodation
