Price includes
- accommodation for 2 persons
- babies up to age of three sleeping a baby bed are free of charge
- one indoor parking place
- normal consumption of water and electric energy
- change of bed linen, towels and dishcloth once in a week
We collect a returnable deposit of 2 500 CZK/100 EUR during check in.
Extra charges
- fixed charge for the final cleaning 500 CZK
- extra person above two in the apartment +150 CZK/night
Payment conditions
- A booking fee is 50% of the price of the accommodation by the bank transfer. Due date is 7 days after booking confirmation.
- The rest of the price is to pay during check-in in cash.
Booking fees received later than 7 days before the beginning of the stay we handle individually.
Cancellation fees
- 15 days prior the beginning of stay ................................................none
- in the period of the 14th to the 2nd day prior the beginning of stay............50% of the price of the accommodation
- one day 1 prior the beginning of stay ..............................................100% of the price of the accommodation
